This circular is to inform you about an exciting partnership with NeoTrack,an Artificial Intelligence based school bus tracking solution.We aim to enhance experience in the school bus concerning safety for our children and convenience to their parents.
This service is OPTIONAL,and can be subscribed by interested parents.NeoTrack will be extending a free trial for the parents of all transport users until the end of September 2018.The service can be availed by downloading Neotrack mobile application.A separate communication with username and password will be sent.We have listed below what you may expect out of this service.
2.Alerts through app notifications in mornings and afternoons around 10 minutes before the bus reaches your boarding/alighting points.This will eliminate waiting times for children in the mornings due to delays due to traffic/other conditions.This will also enable you to be at the stop on time to pick your child in the afternoon.
3.You will also be notified when your child swipes his/her RFID card in the bus.School will notify Route / Bus specific information (like Alternate Bus information, change in timing etc.)
Following the trial period, interested parents may subscribe for the service via the NeoTrack Mobile app. Alternately,payment can be made through your child to the school.Please submit the Form by 5 October 2018 (Click here to fill the form)
The payment will be collected for 6 months–October to March for an amount of QR 162 for the first child,and QR 96 from second child onwards.
